Craig Way joined HB Nitkin in 1995 and holds a senior leadership position in the firm. Craig is responsible for core portfolio leasing, acquisitions,dispositions, debt and equity financing and oversight of redevelopments and capital improvements. His contributions to HB Nitkin include the leasing of four million square feet of office, retail and medical properties producing rental income of over $400 million.
Craig joined HB Nitkin after ten years at GE Capital working on new loan originations, portfolio acquisitions, structured finance, asset management and workouts.
Craig received a B.A.from the University of California at Berkeley. Craig is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and board member of the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut (REFA) serving as past co-chair of the Connecticut Fairfield division of ICSC, past president of REFA CT as well as past president of the Fairfield Westchester chapter of REFA.He also serves on the Facilities Board of First Church Fairfield
