Victor joined HB Nitkin in 2001 and is responsible for the management, personnel, and oversight of capital improvements, specifically focused on office and medical properties. Victor’s background is in architecture and he provides design and construction support to the leasing of the properties under his portfolio.
Prior to joining the firm, Victor was a facilities planner for a biomedical company and the property manager for The Greenwich Financial Center, now owned by HB Nitkin.
Victor holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Spring Garden College, Philadelphia. He is past president of BOMA (Building Owners Management Association) and remains an active member.
