Victor DeCicco, Senior Property Manager, directly oversees the daily operations and building personnel of various HB Nitkin properties and assists in other aspects of company activities including marketing, leasing, and construction. Prior to joining HB Nitkin in 2001, Mr. DeCicco was a property and construction manager where he handled the direction of several properties including the Greenwich Financial Center, where HB Nitkin is headquartered today.
Mr. DeCicco’s career began two decades ago as a biomedical facilities planner and through the years has gained experience in fields commercial, medical, and residential. Mr. DeCicco received a Bachelor of Architecture in 1992, from Spring Garden College in Philadelphia. He is an active member and sits on the board of Southern Connecticut BOMA, member of the Fairchester GBC, and active in local charity events.
